IN MY STUDIO. Preparing for the next exhibition.

Sto iniziando a preparare le cornici per la prossima mostra. Stavolta ci saranno solo due formati piccoli. Lo spazio è molto diverso da quelli in cui ho esposto fino ad ora, ma mi piace tanto, molto caldo e raccolto. Mancano solo un paio di settimane ma dobbiamo ancora fissare la data precisa, quindi spero che ci vedremo prestissimo.

I'm working on the frames for the next exhibition. This time only small artworks will be featured. The place is very different from the ones I've used before, and I love it! Still two weeks to go, we're going to fix the date soon. Hope to meet you soon.

IN MY STUDIO

EXHIBIT. Partners in Geneve 2013.

Besides being my first show abroad, the Geneva exhibition will be the first occasion to have my watercolour paintings displayed together with wonderfully selected design objects. 

Thanks to curator Réka Fogarasi of ide&oda, an irresistible collection of beautifully designed objects will be the best company for my artworks.

EXHIBIT. Genève with Ide&Oda.

Come avrete potuto notare, da un po' di tempo sto lavorando molto per la prossima mostra, che sono felice di annunciare finalmente!
La mostra è frutto della collaborazione con Rèka Fogarasi dell'agenzia ide&oda. Per la prima volta le mie opere saranno esposte fuori dai confini italiani, nella vicina Svizzera, nello spazio Pop-up della Galleria NEST, nel bel centro storico di Ginevra.
Non vedo l'ora...

As you might have noticed, I'm really working hard for my next exhibition, and  now I'm so happy to announce it!

The exhibit is the result of the collaboration with Rèka Fogarasi of ide&oda agency.

My artworks will be exhibited for the first time outside Italy, in our neighboring Swiss, in the Pop-up of the NEST Gallery, in the beautiful centre of Genève.

ide&oda exhibition

MOSTRE. EXHIBITS. Atelier Il Camino di Fanette Cardinali.

L'Atelier Il Camino si chiama così perché il fulcro della stanza è un bellissimo camino con due sedie di pietra scolpita all'interno del focolare. Il palazzo è antico, come tutto nel Borgo medievale di Citerna. L'artista che cura l'atelier è Fanette Cardinali, di cui vi ho già parlato a proposito delle sue splendide ceramiche, e spesso ospita in questo bello spazio altri creativi.
Stavolta l'ospite sono io, e sono molto felice di esporre gli originali della Serie Studio N°1, e le stampe della stessa serie, fino alla fine di gennaio 2013.

La città medievale di Citerna. The Medieval Town of Citerna.

The name Atelier il Camino is due a the marvellous ancient fireplace. No wonder the building is ancient, it is just like everything in the medieval town of Citerna. I have already mentioned in this blog the ceramist Fanette Cardinali, who is the artist curating this place and organizing events in collaboration with other artists.
I will be the guest until the end of January 2013, and I'm very happy to display the original watercolor paintings of the Series Study N°1 and the prints of the same series.
