Fall approaching

Si capisce che sta lentamente arrivando l'autunno dal movimento lento del sole, che traccia ombre lunghe con i suoi raggi obliqui. Tramonti ventosi e notti fresche sono già qui, ma non siamo ancora pronti a mettere i sandali, e ci godiamo caldi pomeriggi.

Una nuova stagione sta cominciando, e io cerco nuove energie per creare nuove opere.

You can tell fall is slowly approaching by the slow motion of the sun tracing oblique sunbeams and longer shadows. Breezy sunsets and chilly nights are already here, still we're not ready to put off our sandals and we're so glad to enjoy warm afternoons. 

A new season is beginning, and I'm finding new energies to create new works.

E con l'autunno è arrivata anche la pioggia. Peccato perchè ho bisogno di tanta luce per fare le nuove foto. Infatti sto sistemando un po' il negozio perchè sia pronto per i mesi a venire. Ecco alcune foto fatte la settimana scorsa, con quella luce meravigliosa che solo l'autunno regala. 
Le opere nelle foto appartengono alla serie Botanica.

Autumn has finally started pouring rain. And it's a shame because I need a lot o beautiful light fo my new photos. I'm really working hard on my shop, to get it ready for the new season. Here are some of the photos I made last week, with the kind of wonderful light you can only find in october.

Di ritorno dall'estate, dalla natura, prenderò in prestito le parole di Emily Dickinson per raccontare qualche emozione.

Natura è per lei quello che sentiamo, vediamo, percepiamo con i sensi.

Natura è la Realtà che ci circonda. 

Molto saggia...

Back from Summer and Nature, I'll use Emily Dickinson's words to express my emotions.

She simply states that Nature is what we hear, see, and feel with our senses.

Nature is the Reality surrounding us.

So wise...
